Yes — a one-time establishment fee covers clinic creation, product library import, and staff onboarding. Foundation is $395 and Studio is $495, plus GST. It is confirmed before you go live and is non-refundable once setup begins.
Per clinic. Foundation and Studio include your full product library and all client records. Additional staff logins are available as a Studio add-on at $15/mo per login.
You can cancel any time — your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, with no partial-month refunds, and the establishment fee is non-refundable once setup begins. Full detail is in our refund & cancellation policy, linked above.
