Product library

Your entire catalogue. One place.

Import your clinic's products by CSV or add them individually. Each product carries a name, brand, category, step type, usage instructions, and active ingredients. Products stay in draft until you're ready to activate them — keeping your library clean for your staff.

  • CSV import from any spreadsheet — compatible with Fresha, Timely, Kitomba, and Phorest exports
  • Step types keep routines ordered: cleanser, toner, serum, moisturiser, SPF, other
  • Usage instructions live on the product — staff don't retype them, they just select and go
  • Draft/active status controls what appears in the routine builder

Routine builder

Two minutes. Every client.

Select products from your library, arrange them in the right order, write a personalised opening note, and add per-step instructions for anything that needs context. That's a complete routine. No free-text documents to format, no copying between systems.
