How it works
Upload your clinic's product library by CSV or add them one at a time. Set usage instructions, activate when ready.
Select products, sequence them, add a personalised message and per-step notes. Two minutes per client.
Copy clean plain text to paste into any system. Download an RTF to open in Word or Pages. Or send it by email directly from the portal.

Multi-staff practices building high volumes of personalised routines across a full product library.
Cosmetic nurses & injectors
Solo or small-team practitioners who want professional routine documentation alongside treatment plans.
Dermal therapists
Clinics where prescribed retail is central to outcomes — every client leaves with a structured take-home plan.

Salons expanding into result-driven skincare who need a simple way to formalise product recommendations.
Aesthetic clinic groups
Multi-location practices that need consistent routine formatting and a shared product library across sites.
Independent skin specialists
Consultants and educators who build detailed, annotated routines as part of their service offering.
Why it's different
The Skin Collective is built entirely around the routine output. The document clients receive is the product — not an export from a system designed for something else. Every feature exists to make that output better.
You set your own products, write your own usage instructions, and control which products are active. There is no locked-in catalogue, no affiliate products, and no suggestion engine working against your clinical judgement.
Every output is personal — their name, their products, your notes, your branding. Not a generic educational handout. Not a printed label. A structured document that looks like it was made specifically for them, because it was.
Questions we get asked
The Skin Collective is a web-based routine planning tool for skin clinics and beauty businesses. It lets your staff build personalised skincare plans for each client — selecting products, adding notes, and generating a formatted document — in around two minutes per client.
Any practice where skin advice and prescribed retail are part of the appointment. This includes skin clinics, medi-spas, cosmetic nursing practices, dermal therapy clinics, beauty salons with skin services, and independent skin specialists.
You set up your clinic's product library — by CSV or one at a time. When you see a client, you select the products relevant to them, arrange them in order, add a personal note and any per-step instructions. The portal generates a formatted routine document ready to copy, download, or email.
Yes. Every staff member has their own login with their name, role, and contact details, which appear on the routine sign-off. The product library and client records are shared across the clinic.
Three ways: copy it as plain text to paste into your booking system or notes, download it as an RTF document (opens in Word or Pages for printing), or send it by email directly from the portal.
HubSpot sync and Timely integration are on the Studio plan roadmap (Stage 2). Fresha client data can be imported by CSV using the standard client import format. The Foundation plan supports CSV import from any booking system that can export client data.
All data is stored in a managed Australian-region database with row-level security — each clinic can only access its own records. Client data is never shared between clinics, never sold, and never used to train any models.
Most clinics are live within a day. Setup involves creating your clinic, importing your product library by CSV or adding products manually, and creating logins for your staff. We handle onboarding directly.
The Skin Code is a skin archetype diagnostic system — a structured framework for assessing and categorising client skin types — created by the same team at Skin Revision. The Skin Collective is the routine planning and delivery tool built to sit alongside it. Clinics that use The Skin Code to assess clients use The Skin Collective to build and send personalised product plans based on those archetypes. The two products work together but can also be used independently.
